Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
Local Delivery (if applicable)
Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹500 within near of store location. Orders under ₹500 will incur a delivery charge of ₹50. Deliveries are made between 10:00AM to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday. You will be notified via text message on the day of delivery.
In-store Pickup (if applicable)
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at pune. Orders will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. Pickup is available during store hours: 10:00AM to 9:30pm :
